About the Position This full-time position i nvolves providing targeted support to Junior School P-6 students with diverse learning needs. Working closely with classroom teachers and the Head of Personalised Learning – Diversity and Inclusion, the Inclusive Education Teacher will implement individualised learning plans, support student growth in small group or one-on-one settings, and collaborate with staff and families to enhance learning outcomes. This role is ideal for an educator with a passion for inclusive education, a strong understanding of differentiated teaching, and a commitment to student-centred learning.Skills and Responsibilities

Design and deliver inclusive, curriculum-aligned support tailored to individual student needs.
