About the Position
The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed HSIE Teacher to join the Humanities faculty from Term 1, 2026. The successful candidate will teach across Years 7–12, delivering engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons in subjects such as History, Geography, and related HSIE areas.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging HSIE lessons that foster critical thinking and inquiry

Contribute to curriculum design and assessment planning within the faculty

Support the academic and pastoral development of students

Participate in co-curricular and professional learning programs

Uphold the school’s Catholic values and ethos in daily practice
Requirements
- Registration: Current NESA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia
- Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet child safety standards
