About the Role

This full-time role starting Term 2, involves teaching HSIE, Business Studies and Economics across the secondary years. The successful teacher will deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative faculty, with support for professional growth and development.

Teaching load:

  • Stage 4 HSIE

  • Stage 5 Commerce

  • Stage 6 Economics and/or Business Studies


Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging HSIE, Economics and Business Studies lessons aligned with the NSW curriculum
  • Support student wellbeing through safe, inclusive classroom practices
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with staff to plan, assess, and improve teaching programs
  • Contribute to faculty initiatives and broader school community activities

Requirements

  • Registration with or eligibility for NESA
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding for safeguarding
