About the Position
The school is seeking a Humanities, Business and Economics Teacher to teach across Years 7-12, with flexibility across subject areas depending on experience and strengths. This role will suit a teacher who values structured curriculum delivery, clear expectations, and working collaboratively within a well-resourced Humanities faculty.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Humanities, Business and Economics programs across secondary year levels
- Maintain a strong focus on student welfare, safeguarding, and wellbeing
- Use assessment data to inform planning and support differentiated learning
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to faculty collaboration and broader school initiatives
Requirements
- Registration with, or eligibility for, ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI)
- Full Australian working rights
- Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding and safeguarding requirements
