About the Position

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic HPE Teacher to join the school immediately. This full-time fixed-term position runs until the end of the 2026 school year, with a strong possibility of extension into 2027. The successful candidate will teach Health and Physical Education across Years 7–10, delivering engaging programs that promote lifelong health, wellbeing, teamwork, and physical activity.

Skills and Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging Health and Physical Education lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and participation.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the wider teaching team to develop curriculum, assessment, and extracurricular opportunities.
  • Contribute positively to the broader life of the school and uphold its values and expectations.
Requirements
  • Hold current VIT registration or be eligible to obtain registration.
  • Have full working rights in Australia.
  • Provide two current professional referees and complete HARKE's safeguarding and onboarding requirements.
