About the Position
This full-time, ongoing position commences in Term 3, 2025 , and involves teaching Health and Physical Education across various year levels within the secondary school. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inclusive HPE lessons, contribute to the school’s sports and wellbeing programs, and inspire students to lead active and healthy lives.
Relocation support is available and will be discussed during the interview process.Skills and Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned HPE lessons to students across Years 7–12

Promote positive student wellbeing and foster a healthy, active lifestyle

Organise and support school sporting events, interschool competitions, and extracurricular activities

Assess, record, and report on student achievement in line with school and VCAA expectations

Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular wellbeing initiatives

Actively contribute to school life, including co-curricular and pastoral programs
Requirements
- Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role
- Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
