About the Position
The school is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Senior – VCE to join the team in a full-time, ongoing leadership role, commencing immediately. This position will oversee the academic and pastoral care of senior secondary students, ensuring high standards across curriculum delivery, wellbeing, and staff support. A strong understanding of VCE is essential.
Skills and Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction of the Senior School (Years 10–12), with a focus on VCE

Mentor and support teaching staff to deliver best practice across subjects

Monitor academic outcomes, compliance, and student progress

Build positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community

Promote the integration of Christian faith and values across leadership and learning
