About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced educator ready to make a real impact. As Head of Learning Support, you will lead school-wide strategies for differentiation, extension, and student support across the college. The role encompasses curriculum development, NCCD case management, staff coaching, and building meaningful partnerships with families and external professionals to support student wellbeing and academic growth.

Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience in a learning support or enrichment leadership role
- Strong knowledge of differentiated teaching practices and diverse learner needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build staff capacity
- Sound understanding of NCCD compliance, data management, and documentation
- Special Education or Gifted Education background highly regarded
- 2–5 years experience in a similar or managerial role
- Current NESA teacher registration, or eligibility to obtain
