About the Position
The school is seeking a Head of Faculty for English to lead curriculum planning, faculty development and high-impact teaching across Years 7 to 12. This position suits an educator with strong subject expertise, clear communication skills and the capacity to guide a cohesive and forward-focused English team.

• Strong understanding of the NSW English curriculum and assessment requirements
• Commitment to safeguarding and child safety
• Clear and consistent communication with students, families and colleagues
• Collaborative leadership within a dynamic and supportive faculty
• Ability to guide professional practice and lead curriculum development
Requirements
• Current or eligible NESA registration
• Full working rights in Australia
• Demonstrated capability in English teaching across Years 7 to 12
• Previous leadership or faculty coordination experience preferred
