About the Position
The school is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Campus to join their executive leadership team. This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing in Term 1, 2026. The role will involve leading the daily operations and strategic direction of the campus, promoting a culture of high expectations, staff development, and student engagement.
Skills and Responsibilities
– Provide strategic and operational leadership across the campus
– Lead staff performance, wellbeing, and professional growth
– Oversee student management, pastoral care, and culture
– Support the implementation of school improvement priorities
– Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community
