Grade 5/6 Teacher

HARKE has partnered with a Catholic primary school in Melbourne's inner west seeking a Year 5/6 Classroom Teacher to join the school community from the commencement of Term 3, 2026.

This part-time contract position (0.8 FTE) is offered across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with the possibility of ongoing employment in 2027 for the successful candidate.

• Contribute positively to the wider school community and professional learning culture.

• Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school or willingness to obtain accreditation.
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Full Australian work rights.
• Ability to provide professional referees and complete HARKE safeguarding onboarding requirements.

$79,000 - $118,000 (EBA under review - increases due 2026)
