About the Position
The school is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join its secondary teaching team from Term 1 2026 . This permanent, full-time role involves teaching Food Technology across a range of secondary year levels, fostering creativity, independence, and practical life skills.

Skills and Responsibilities

Teach Food Technology across Years 7–12

Deliver engaging and practical lessons that build skills in nutrition, cooking, and food safety

Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with the Australian Curriculum

Contribute to co-curricular activities and school community events

Participate in professional development and collaborative planning sessions
Requirements
- Registration: Current QCT registration (or eligibility to obtain it)
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia
- Safeguarding: Willingness to provide 2–3 references and complete HARKE’s safeguarding process
