About the Position
The school is seeking a full-time Food Technology Teacher for a fixed-term contract starting in Term 1, 2026. The successful candidate will bring strong subject knowledge, engaging pedagogy, and a passion for practical, hands-on learning. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-resourced Technology faculty and play a key role in supporting student learning across Years 7–12.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons aligned to the NSW curriculum

  • Support students in developing practical skills and theoretical knowledge

  • Maintain safe and effective use of kitchens and resources

  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and assessment

  • Contribute to the co-curricular life of the school community

Requirements
  • Registration: Must hold or be eligible for NESA Teacher Accreditation

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

  • Safeguarding: Provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process
