About the Position
The school is seeking an English/Humanities Teacher for a 6-month parental leave contract commencing in Term 3. The successful candidate will teach English and Humanities across Years 7 to 10, delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons and supporting students' individual learning needs in a full-time capacity.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English and Humanities lessons for Years 7–10 aligned with the Victorian Curriculum

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom aligned with child safety standards

Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support learning and wellbeing

Collaborate with team members to plan and review learning programs

Contribute to school life through participation in events, meetings, and co-curricular activities
Requirements

Recent teaching experience in English and/or Humanities
