About the Position
The school is seeking a full-time English teacher to commence in Term 1, 2026. This role involves teaching English across Years 7–12 in a supportive and well-resourced department. Early-career and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. Opportunities for professional learning, coaching, and leadership development are available.


Skills and Responsibilities
– Deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
– Foster strong literacy skills and critical thinking in students
– Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
– Work collaboratively with faculty teams and curriculum leaders
– Monitor and report on student progress


Requirements
Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain VIT Registration
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role
