- Curriculum – Deliver engaging and structured English lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum
- Safeguarding – Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment
- Literacy Focus – Support students’ reading, writing, and analytical skills
- Differentiation – Cater to diverse learning needs in Years 8–9
- Team Collaboration – Work with colleagues on curriculum and student progress
- Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain VIT Teacher Registration
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role
- Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
