About the Role

This ongoing, full-time position commencing Term 2 involves teaching English across Years 7-12. The successful teacher will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned programs that strengthen literacy, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Working within a collaborative faculty, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a cohesive English program while supporting students’ academic progress and personal development.


Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality English programs aligned with the NSW curriculum across Years 7-12

  • Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing

  • Use assessment data to inform planning and differentiate learning

  • Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress

  • Contribute to faculty collaboration and broader school initiatives


Requirements

  • Registration with or eligibility for NESA

  • Full Australian work rights

  • Two professional referees and completion of HARKE onboarding in line with safeguarding requirements
