About the Position

The English Teacher will deliver curriculum-aligned lessons across the English Faculty, contributing to a learning environment that is rich in literacy, strong instructional clarity and high academic expectations. The role suits educators who value collaboration, explicit teaching and a culture of ongoing feedback. Co-curricular involvement (around 10 commitments) is offset by the College’s unique three-week mid-year break and earlier finish to the school year.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging English lessons across assigned year levels.

  • Build strong relationships with students and families through clear communication.

  • Work collaboratively within the English Faculty to enhance programs.

Requirements

  • Registration: VIT registration or eligibility.

  • Work Rights: Full Australian work rights.

  • Safeguarding: Two referees and HARKE onboarding.
