About the Position This full-time, fixed term role commencing in Term 2, 2025 involves teaching English across all year levels from Year 7 to Year 12. The school welcomes applicants with full working rights, as well as teachers currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English lessons that promote literacy, critical thinking, and a love of literature in a boys’ school setting.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver English lessons aligned to the NSW curriculum for Years 7–12

Foster a safe and inclusive classroom that supports all learners and adheres to safeguarding policies

Requirements
- Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NESA accreditation and NSW Working with Children Check
- Work Rights: Open to candidates with full Australian working rights and those on Working Holiday Visas
- Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
