About the Position
The school is seeking a dedicated English and Humanities Teacher to join their team in a full-time, ongoing role. The position includes teaching Years 7–9 Humanities and Years 9–10 English , and is well suited to a relational, reflective teacher who values connection, structure, and faith-based practice in the classroom.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery – Teach junior secondary English and Humanities in line with the Australian Curriculum

  • Student Engagement – Create inclusive, values-aligned learning experiences

  • Assessment & Feedback – Monitor progress and support individual learning needs

  • Faith Integration – Model and support the school’s Christian ethos

  • Team Collaboration – Engage with faculty and leadership to contribute to whole-school learning

Requirements
  • Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NT Teacher Registration

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role

  • Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
