About the Position
This 12-month contract position involves teaching in the Early Years classroom, currently comprised of 10 students from preschool to Year 2. You will be part of a close-knit team including six qualified teachers, 13 local support staff, a school counsellor, and a cultural leader. The school embraces trauma-informed and restorative practices, with access to calm spaces and consistent support structures. This is a purposeful role for a teacher passionate about early childhood development, culturally responsive teaching, and long-term impact in a remote community setting.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons for students in Preschool–Year 2

Requirements

Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain NT Teacher Registration and eligible with ACECQA

Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
