About the Position
This full-time, ongoing role involves teaching Digital Technology across secondary year levels. The position suits an educator who can deliver engaging and practical lessons, support students in building digital literacy and problem-solving skills, and contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking faculty.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Digital Technology curriculum across relevant year levels
- Maintain strong safeguarding practices and support student wellbeing
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student outcomes
- Demonstrate leadership in the classroom through structured and engaging teaching
Requirements
- Registration with VIT or eligibility to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience teaching Digital Technology at secondary level
- Ability to provide two referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
