About the Role
This position focuses on Digital Technology across junior secondary levels and presents an opportunity for a teacher ready to take ownership of the program. The role will suit an educator motivated to revitalise the department, review and strengthen resources, and implement contemporary, engaging approaches to Digital Technology. The successful teacher will contribute to curriculum development, bring practical and forward-thinking ideas, and play a key role in shaping the direction of the subject area.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Digital Technology lessons aligned to the Victorian Curriculum across junior year levels
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, supporting student wellbeing and safeguarding practices
- Communicate clearly with students, families, and colleagues regarding learning progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to review, develop, and strengthen curriculum resources and programs
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the Digital Technology department through initiative and leadership
