About the Position

The school is seeking a passionate Digital Technologies teacher to commence from Term 1, 2026. The successful applicant will deliver engaging programs across the secondary years, developing students’ skills in coding, programming, and emerging technologies. This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys hands-on, future-focused teaching, values innovation, and is committed to supporting student creativity and problem-solving in a faith-based setting.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Curriculum – Plan and deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned Digital Technologies lessons

  • Safeguarding – Promote student wellbeing and adhere to Child Safe Standards

  • Communication – Maintain clear and professional communication with students, staff, and families

  • Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues to integrate technology across the curriculum

  • Leadership – Model best practice and uphold the school’s values within and beyond the classroom

Requirements

  • Registration: Current QCT registration (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia

  • Safeguarding: Two current referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding process
