About the Position
This full-time role reports to the Deputy Principal (Secondary) and is responsible for overseeing the College timetable across Primary and Secondary, managing daily staffing allocations, and coordinating short-term cover for staff absences. The position requires availability from 7:30am each morning, excellent organisational capability and attention to detail, and a strong commitment to Christian faith and practice. The role includes 4 weeks of annual leave, negotiable school holiday arrangements, and access to a mobile phone for work purposes. Leave is not permitted during term time due to the operational demands of the position.
Skills and Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and maintain the College timetable across Primary and Secondary, ensuring accurate allocations and timely updates.

Coordinate daily staffing needs, including absences, extras, in-lieus, CRT bookings, and communication through SEQTA.

Ensure the safety and welfare of students by maintaining accurate records of staff and student attendance and supporting compliance processes.

Communicate effectively with leadership, staff, CRTs, parents, and relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Collaborate with leadership on staffing implications, curriculum changes, camps, excursions, and school events, providing proactive solutions and maintaining high operational standards.
Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Daily Organiser and/or Timetabler.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Confident using SEQTA or similar school management systems.

Christian faith commitment and alignment with the school’s purpose and values.

Full Australian working rights.

Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding for safeguarding.
