About the Role
This position involves teaching Building and Construction Materials with a strong VET focus, supporting the continued growth of applied learning pathways. The role will suit a teacher who can strengthen industry connections and contribute to developing structured pathways into construction, including student release into workplace learning. You will work within a forward-thinking team committed to practical, career-aligned education and high student engagement.

- Deliver engaging, industry-relevant Building and Construction programs aligned with VET standards
- Support student wellbeing and maintain safe, practical learning environments
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and industry partners
- Collaborate with colleagues to expand VET pathways and strengthen curriculum delivery
- Contribute to program development and leadership within applied learning and pathways
Requirements
- Registration with or eligibility for VIT
- Full Australian work rights
- Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding for safeguarding
