About the School
HARKE is working with a remote government school in Remote Northern Territory’s , offering education to students across Transition to Year 9. The school is located in a peaceful, close-knit community approximately 300km from Katherine. It supports a values-based, culturally responsive learning environment with a strong emphasis on community partnerships and student wellbeing.
The school is seeking a flexible and relational teacher for a 12-month full-time contract beginning Term 4. The role is suitable for:
– A Primary/Middle Years teacher with a Math/Science focus, or
– A Primary-trained teacher for a Transition–Year 3 composite class
Teachers receive in-class support from Aboriginal team teachers and work within a program that includes cultural immersion and on-country learning one day per week.
