About the Role
This full-time, ongoing position involves teaching Science across Years 7-12, as a Chemistry specialist to VCE level. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a structured and supportive faculty, delivering engaging and practical science programs. Teachers are supported to implement explicit teaching strategies, use data to inform practice, and contribute to whole-school improvement priorities focused on student learning, engagement, and wellbeing.

Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Chemistry curriculum across Years 7-12, aligned to the Victorian Curriculum. Must be an experienced teacher.
- Implement explicit teaching strategies to support strong student learning outcomes
- Promote student wellbeing and safe laboratory practices
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with staff and contribute to whole-school initiatives
Requirements
- Registration with or eligibility for VIT
- Full Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
- Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding for safeguarding
