About the Role
This full-time, fixed-term position commences in Term 3, 2026 and involves teaching Chemistry across Years 7-12, including VCE Chemistry. Joining a dynamic Science Faculty, the successful teacher will contribute to a rigorous and engaging learning program while supporting strong academic outcomes. Skills and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across Years 7-12, including VCE Chemistry
- Plan, assess, and implement curriculum aligned with VCAA requirements
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Science Faculty to support student outcomes
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff while contributing to broader school initiatives
Requirements
- Current or eligibility for VIT registration
- Experience teaching senior Chemistry, including VCE Chemistry
- Full Australian working rights
- Two professional referees and completion of HARKE’s safeguarding onboarding
