About the Position
Two Boarding Supervisors are required to support the boys’ boarding house (males only) while working across the wider boarding community. Supervisors receive fully subsidised on-site accommodation in either a 2 or 3 bedroom home, within the boarding precinct, meals on shift, utilities included, and work within a structured roster. The College accommodates approximately 70 boarders across three houses.
Roster Structure:- Weekdays: 7:15am–9:15am & 2:30pm–10:30pm
- Weekends: 8am–3pm (Shift 1) & 3pm–10pm (Shift 2)

Skills and Responsibilities

Support the daily routines, wellbeing and supervision of boarding students.

Build positive relationships with male and female boarders during shared activities and meals.

Ensure a safe, structured and respectful boarding environment.

Communicate effectively with students, families and boarding staff.

Contribute to activities, routines and pastoral care programs.
Requirements
- Work Rights: Full Australian working rights essential.
- Safeguarding: Two referees and completion of HARKE onboarding.
- Suitability: Male applicants only (due to supervision requirements in boys’ boarding)
