About the Position

This full-time, ongoing position commencing in Term 2, 2025, offers an exciting leadership opportunity to coordinate and strengthen the school’s learning enrichment programs. The role involves working across all year levels to support students with additional learning needs, provide enrichment and extension, and guide staff in implementing inclusive practices that foster engagement and challenge for all learners.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery, and review of learning support and extension programs across Prep–Year 12.

  • Coordinate adjustments, ILPs, and inclusive teaching strategies for diverse learners.

  • Provide professional support and coaching to teaching staff in differentiation and inclusive curriculum design.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to support student success.

  • Oversee relevant compliance requirements including NCCD and AARA processes.

  • Monitor student progress using data and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

  • Contribute to staff development and whole-school strategies around inclusion and student wellbeing.

Requirements

  • QCT registration or eligibility to obtain.

  • Proven experience supporting students with diverse educational needs.

  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education frameworks and curriculum differentiation.

  • Experience coordinating support plans and managing learning support teams.

  • At least 2 references from your most recent employers.

  • Full working rights in Australia.
