Hi, I’m Warren, a Recruitment Consultant at HARKE, working closely with schools to support thoughtful recruitment that strengthens teams and school communities.

 

I bring over ten years ’experience across education, physical education, and sport, alongside leadership roles in people-centred organisations. Having worked within schools as a Physical Education teacher and Director of Sport, I understand the realities of school life, including the pace, competing priorities, and the importance of appointing educators who lift culture and contribute positively to student learning.

 

Beyond education, I’ve supported high-performing teams in demanding environments where trust, clear communication, and consistency were essential. This experience shapes how I partner with schools today. I value listening carefully, being responsive and reliable, and following through so the recruitment process feels calm, well supported, and effective.

 

What motivates me most is connection – I enjoy working alongside schools to bring in educators who strengthen culture and help shape high-quality learning for students now and into the future
